The fractional share model allows a prospective thoroughbred racehorse to be syndicated in fractional shares. Each series contains 100 shares with no shareholder to hold greater than 5% stake due to licensing. Most syndicates will charge 400% mark-up to syndicate a horse. A 100k horse is sold to shareholders at a price of 400k. Blue Hen Thoroughbreds LLC aims to be more transparent and offer shareholders a greater return on investment while delivering a unique ownership experience.

A name submission has been entered with the jockey club for Peachy Promises. Her nickname since she was purchased as a weanling has been affectionately Peach. Blue Hen Thoroughbreds hopes she delivers on her promising looks and pedigree. Please feel to reach out
